Shipping and Delivery Times: Once you have placed your order, our team will work to process and ship it as soon as possible. Our standard delivery time is within 3-7 business days. However, please note that this is an estimated delivery time and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping/Delivery Costs: Shipping/Delivery costs is free for the installation of solar water heaters. However, for other products displayed on our store does have a delivery fee depending on your region.

Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Pickup Option: If you prefer to pick up your order from our warehouse, you can select the "Pickup" option at checkout. Our team will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.
