How does a solar water heater work?
Solar water heating systems, also known as solar thermal systems, use solar energy to heat water for storage in a hot water cylinder or thermal store. Because the quantity of accessible solar energy changes throughout the year, a solar water heating system will not deliver all of the hot water needed. To make up for the shortfall, an immersion heater is typically used. The solar collector is made up of open vacuum tubes that capture solar energy from the sun's rays and convert it to heat energy.
When the cold water comes into touch with the energy generated, the water inside the vacuum tubes warms up.
The density of the water inside the tubes lowers as it heats up, and the hot water rises into the hot water storage tank.
The cold water in the tank will flow down into the tube due to its higher density.
The entire procedure is repeated, and the hot water will circulate constantly until the temperature of the water within the hot water tank reaches the temperature of the water inside the vacuum tube.
The thermosiphon cycle is the name given to this natural phenomenon.

A solar water heater typically consists of a panel installed on the roof with a tank and, in some cases, an element, guaranteeing that hot water is accessible whenever it is needed. Residential and commercial/industrial facilities can indeed benefit from solar water heaters.
Vacuum tubes are used in our low-pressure solar water heaters as thermal collectors. A vacuum exists between the two glass layers of this double-sided glass tube. Normally, a spray coating is applied to the interior glass layer to absorb the sun's ultraviolet radiation.
Cold water coming from CWA (blue pipe) is supplied to the assistant tank of the solar water heater, which automatically shuts off when the hot water tank is filled. Water fills the vacuum tubes and heats up by absorbing the sun's ultraviolet radiation. The ultraviolet photons are converted to heat by the vacuum.
As the water heats up, the warmer water rises and is gradually replaced by cooler water kept in the storage tank's cavity. Thermosiphon is the term used to describe this phenomenon. Afterward, the hot water will flow with gravitational force to your shower/tap as seen in the picture coming from the orange pipe.
The hot water tank is made up of 3 layers; the inner tank which is used to store hot water (made of stainless steel 316L), the foam of 55mm thick used as heat insulator that can store hot water for 3-4 days and the outer tank made of stainless steel 304.

The mounting frame is made of re-inforced aluminum 2.5mm thick with a layer of anti-corrosion coating to improve the durability and strength, all fixed using stainless steel bolts & nuts
All our solar water heaters are equipped with an electric heater, which is helpful during several rainy days or whenever your tank is running out of hot water.

Thank you for the excellent service. Overall, your price is unbeatable when compared to other companies which are offering same product at higher prices.I have received the product on time and the installation also went well. Therefore, got no complaints at all!! 🙂🙂I highly recommend your company to other clients..
Thank you Cedrick for sending your maintenance team to repair my Solar hot water system. Danny and his team replaced the heating element. They were polite, professional and compitent, and provided good advice. I will use your final in the future.
Bonne continuation !
